How do I place an order online?

Browse our product selection, add desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose to pay online or reserve your items for in-store payment.


What are the payment options?

We accept online payments via credit and debit cards. For in-store payments, both cash and card are accepted.


Can I have my order delivered?

Currently, we offer in-store pickup only. All online orders must be collected at our physical location.


How does the in-store pickup process work?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Bring this email and a valid government-issued photo ID to the store to collect your purchase.


Is curbside pickup available?

At this time, we do not offer curbside pickup. All orders must be picked up inside the store.


Can someone else pick up my order?

No, the individual who placed the order must pick it up and present valid ID for verification.


What forms of ID are acceptable?

Acceptable IDs include government-issued photo identification that confirms you are 19 or older.


How long do I have to pick up my order?

Orders are held for 48 hours. If not collected within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and payment refunded.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it is prepared for pickup. Please contact our customer service for assistance.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your product, please contact us, and we’ll address it accordingly.
